Tons of folks are rightfully very angry, have been very violated, etc. But one of the things that keeps these guys from getting in trouble is the lack of shareholders willing to step forward. Really step up - not tweeting, not on ihub, not emailing SEC generic email, etc. None of that is worth a poo.

In the final analysis, most just want to put it behind them because it's humiliating to publicly admit you've been a chump even in the face of compelling fraud evidence from inception. That you've willfully ignored months/years of huge red flags, instead digging in even more, because you were hypnotized by the possibility of getting rich off a penny stock. THAT is why these guys never get punishment, and what allows them to be successful serial scammers.

They WILL continue to live large on SH's former money, stepping away for a while and reemerge with another "sure thing" bound for NASDAQ... A new crop of (and sadly probably some of the same) gullible penny traders will throw their money in. - MINEANDDINE-
