No, they didn't close up shop.

The last two 'sequential' trades of the day were at 0.000001 per share. My guess is someone got tired of waiting for the big payday, and decided to liquidate their position for the tax write-off; their broker must have put in the liquidation trade at that low price. [And note: someone on the expert market snapped up those shares, hence the trade happened.]

If you look at the trade table [that is still showing Friday's trades as I write this]:

you will see that the last trades in the table, with time stamps a little before and a little after closing time, all traded for .0001 per share, but because they are "seq" type (out of sequence) trades, they aren't counted as the 'end of day' last sale price.

Overall, more shares traded at .0001 on Friday than at .000001.
