Been in this game for 20 years - I know BLPG has been shorted above $1 thinking it was a typical scam company that would dilute its shareholders back to where it started. The only difference is BLPG has been Hijacked by Hypur ventures and they are using this as a vehicle to acquire cannabis compliant companies that will enable e commerce and in store transactions. This has been in the work for years. It's all in the filings. BLPG can uplist to nasdaq overnight and raise $40m plus @ $10 share and meet nasdaq requirements and still have a market cap of under $100m while processing Billions in payments. Anyone short will be forced to cover with massive losses.
