They need a lot more capital than 735k and hope Wen is also investing, as well as SRMX taking out loans. Maybe Wen will double his investment again to 1 million dollars as he has the last two years during Q1.

I DNK, what I do know is 735k will not cut it and Max and team need to be exploring every option possible to raise money. If that's lowering the evaluation to get funds now, so be it. The 1-aa is hopefully just a part of what they are raising.
