Maybe it was a shareholder that made the "All cash 4.25 million" offer just so the stock price would go up and to dump shares? I'm sure the offer will be pulled, who would pay cash for a house anyway with interest rates so low? Maybe that's why no PR yet, maybe the offer was already pulled.
