Futuresman,

I haven't posted this specific info up to this point but .... if it helps investors a bit ....

Parcel A address is 6100 Port Tampa Drive.

That is the parcel that is the waterway. Bottomline is if you own the waterway, you'd have the right to charge for it's use. And it would appear the dock for the other terminals sits in the waterway.

Not certain if this link will work correct but if it does, you can turn on the "parcels" option and it will show you the address of some of the parcels which you can then use to property search etc.

Parcel J is one of the parcels at the address 6101 Port Tampa Drive and encompasses what looks to be the offloading dock for Standard Concrete Products.

Parcel B is addressed as 7259 Picnic Island Blvd ..... coupled with the waterfront component that is part of 610 Port Tampa Drive .... its where the video portrays 2 barge terminals with a new offload to the new terminal.

So at the immediate outset, I'd expect ECSL would have immediate revenues from fees for use of its property .... assuming deal is closed of course.

5581 Commerce Street is the address where the main terminal tanks and ops would be (Parcel G)

I previously posted some parcel specific info like who the owner was and all .... anyone who wants to can certainly look up the public land records via Hillsborough County with the address or plot info.
