I could be way off base here, but just think: Announcing a large R/S just before tax loss season would (and did) cause a lot of investors to jump ship. The price plummets and no one wants to touch it because of the impending R/S... What would stop the company from buying up these discounted shares, stashing them away and then announcing after the New Year, that they have reconsidered and cancelled the R/S?? By stashing the shares away, they could cancel them and reduce the O/S causing the price to explode. If there are more shares than they want for an A/S count, then they could do a much less damaging R/S and get set to uplist with a smaller share count... Just my thoughts...In time we'll see...
