JB- Do you have a link to any fines the SEC assessed the company? Any penalties? Is PLUG under any continuing scrutiny? Surely there must a letter of censure included in a 10q?

No? Well then, I guess you can it a 'fiasco' if you want. But you would be wrong.

For years the accounting methods were approved by KPMG, a world class accounting firm. A new KPMG auditor came in with a different interpretation of the cryptic financial reporting regulations and, for the sake of improved accuracy, recommended the previous few years be restated. Paul agreed, and the restatement was completed in a reasonable time. Good job, Paul.

How a manager reacts to an unfortunate situation like the one above, reveals a lot about whether I would want to work for him. Andy handled it with class. On the other hand, if the manager were to continually carp about it and trumpet the big 'FIASCO', I guess I would tell that manager to shut his big mouth with all his negativity.

Could you give me another example of any irregularities that originated under Paul Middleton's leadership? Seven years would surely have more proof of his incompetence. Don't you think?

As for the precipitous drop in share price, unless you think PLUG is a bellwether of the entire NASDAQ mid caps, there were definitely other contributing factors to the drop. What they were is a topic for another discussion.
