I've been looking at satellite images over time.
What I would tell you from what I've seen, much of the main parcel where the terminal would go that looked much like a waste area ... had trucks and various empty trailers on it among other things ..... has been cleared.
A large area where the "entrance" to the terminal would be as portrayed in the video (Parcel G) looks to have been graded as if being prepped for development.
