$USCS great info on new directors! 1/4/2022 custo discharge date scheduled.

Woo worked at HSBC Financial Group and raised over 1 billion dollars in capital.

Timothy Lam has advised and acted for multiple listed companies in Hong Kong and Australia.

New officers for $USCS. Michael Woo and Timothy Lam. who will be facilitating the merger/acquisitions.
Both are also with UOLI where they acquired Asia Image Investing and are aiming for Nasdaq.
