Can anybody on this board with penny stock experience and knowledge of how MMs manipulate these stocks confirm if MMs are able to gain access to SEC filings or early access to PRs about to be published before the general public sees them. Maybe they have access to early info but are obligated not to disclose the information, so they adjust there algorithms regardless against what they are supposed to do for each penny stock to their advantage when they have the inside scoop???
