Can't remember if you posted yet on Nasrat trying to DUMP his Mikah Pharma address just 3 days after the August CC

I have not. But two things seem relevant...

First, the question is always about what a comparative pricing of the house (or business). Given that Nasrat has lowered the list price in the face of an inflated housing market suggests one thing that many home sellers do not have going for them...he does not need the money. A factor worthy of consideration.

Second, moving the Mikah business to Florida before selling the SunGen portfolio to Elite would incur a lower taxable event.

Other than that, I got nothing...
