I think if you look at the volume history you’ll see millions made from the sale of new issues and looks like an arms length acquisition designed for tax write offs. The previous auditor didn’t want anything to do with their stinky books. Now they got caught and their cash cow essentially came to a halt until audit filed, amendments and most likely restructuring only to do the same crap over again…no one’s going to come out whole except them..
