Even if GPL has to pay the fine it is 9 million USD. It would definitely affect their balance sheet but hardly bankrupt them or cause too much damage. I would imagine they may look at moving out of Brazil if they do though. I personally just doubled my position today at the .216 mark as i think the market cap of GPL should be well above the current 85 million at this price.
