The SEC didn’t like NP’s PRs about the 13d and sent official correspondence asking for evidence to support the claims in the PRs.

Who cares. It was obviously well worth the price and much less than what the 13D gang of miscreants squandered on their failed takeover attempt.

How much do you think it cost CYDY to pay Sidley to write this letter? Another $100k?
