Yeah it’s no different than schools forcing kids to take PSSA tests and having to score a certain number to get funding from govt.

This is a fact.

They literally take the students with the worst grades and tell them to stay home during the testing days or if they come to school they get the week off for study hall and gym.

I can prove this as my wife is a teacher and she has to deal with it every year….
