In my opinion .31 is very conservative pps. But I will also be very pleased when it hits .31. I think it’s gonna do a lot better in my opinion. Sanchez said:

No reverse split.

Personally I think Sterlings pps range will in the end be proven correct. Time will be the judge on who was right and who was wrong. All my humble opinion. An now we will get the obligatory not so humble response.
