wow, really not that hard to do usually in these situations as i have seen the legal group representing the buyers of the land acts as the buyer itself so the landowners do not know the name of the company or individuals actually behind the purchase.
I think Disney did that very thing using multiple different legal groups to buy up the land in his case. So if that is the way they are doing it no one knows who is buying and therefore in my humble opinion the cat is still in the bag taking a holiday nap .
