FALSE! 2.25 years since SurgePays purchased its ECS revenue, which SurgePays has lost money on each and every quarter.

Plus, the scam company that SurgePays purchased ECS from, those owners have sued SurgePays Inc and separately sued SurgePays CEO Brian 'The Grifer' Cox.

SurgePays and Cox will have to shell out yet another $3.5 Million to $4.5 Million in settlement money.

Oh yeah, but there's also the first settlement, where SurgePays has to pay the ECS folks $100,000 each month for 32 months, by each month SurgePays first selling $100,000 in SURG stock to pay off this legal settlement.

$SurgePays is a money losing, share swapping, insider self-enriching $SCAM.
