And there in lies the problem... if anyone were to read this board they would know how front loaded it is from 2019. It wasn't devious thats just the way it happened many many shares in very few hands when it was half a penny makes for a stock that has no liquidity. It goes up fast but comes down hard. Without tangible progress administratively it dies away.
