as for CEo selling shares to toxic lenders, a few weeks back one of them was liquidated. doesn't matter if SEC did it or Ballas let them go.
but I totally disagree that any of today's price action has to do with James Ballas or fundamentals.
it all has to do with the market makers, and with T+2 today is the last day to sell and have settled cash ready to go for january 3.
and as before, every stock I play went from red to green. all together. including UBQU.
I have as much proof that Ballas is NOT collaborating with toxic lenders as the fellow has proof that ballas IS collaborating with toxic lenders.
however, it is much more logical that if GPL which was the toxic lender that got liquidated WAS collabing with ballas....ballas himself would be in hot water and UBQU trading would be suspended.
it isn't.
the price action today has a LOT more validation that we might be a trip, but we are on the same al Gore Rhythms as amy, jimmy, froggy, marky mark and a ton of other meme stocks.
my guess tho since I really don't think there will be a moass this week, but man, yo gamma gamma on amy mid january. they got a LONG way to al-go to drop it to max payne 22 mid january. and if they don't they have to gamma buy about 11.3M or more. if we get institutional whales over there, who decide to push it PAST 30 mid january, that 11.3M shares gets a lot more.
so I'm goingto stick with 2/4 for UBQU but mid january, if all the algos are connected? ....UBQU could rip.
and then we'll see how much of the remaining 28B gets dumped. since our critic says Jimmy is in collab with toxic lenders, it shall be the toxic lenders that dump.
as I mentioned before, with GPL in hot water, and NOT ballas, I wouldn't wanna be one of those toxic lenders who decides to grab and dump enough on a rip to aid HEDGE FUNDS (not ballas) ....and still not do enough to clear ballas' debt.
they are too busy protecting hedgie on Amy and Jimmy, they might tear apart the other toxic note holders.
Ballas ain't a saint, and they may have NOT done enough yet to stop a dump on the next rip, but GPL getting smacked tells me that the enemy of we bulls lost some pots of boiling oil on the ramparts.
