It seems the longer they put off the announcement of the milestone the more likely the news whether it is completed or not, isn't going to be shareholder friendly.

If it was "great news" then why keep putting it off, especially seeing all of the negative that has transpired over the last few months. If I had to guess, either milestone four is not completed or milestone four is completed and the MDT "partnership" is over and they go their separate ways.
