He will be able to cancel only the invalid turned valid shares that are not free-floating. Read the documents and 10q - and then the NV law - the judge cannot cancel shares on the float that are owned by anyone - the shares MP put out by AZ were not floating and invalid shares - hence the DTC was not representing valid floating shares. In other words, all those extra shares held by former dead companies and MP can get burned and the shares David Lazar bought to take off no bid (in two 2+ billion buys he may of bought on non-retail discount at 00001). The float is from the shares that took it off bid which is max 2-3 billion shares - the shares held from dividend as well as share bought right now are safe as they are from the shares DL took off bid the rest can be canceled upon order from the judge if DL choses to do so and file that paperwork. DL registered all the shares all 9 billion of them as an AS including former invalid ones to get a claim against them - once judge okays then he can cancel them not held by retail. Let me stress the larger the market cap the better. $XMET
