I got to say this board is very unusual, but an interesting read.

When I first decided to give up real estate investing and start playing on Etrade in 2008 I thought I was king. Bought Ford at 1.50$ and sold later at 15$. Then I put some cash on a stinky pinky, unfortunately it went to Da Moon, I thought I found a diamond, but in a flash I lost so much money in minutes. But my fools gold attitude kept me in Pinkies. Being an emotional guy, and reading pumpers posts on Ihub I picked company's that went bankrupt. Long story short, most all of the money I made in real estate is down the tube, but I'm still here. My dreams at 65 however don't include owning an island any more, but to wake up each day with my health.
