No. Call VSTOCK. Have them verify that they received your medallion form (they should have sent you an email stating they did).

After verifying VSTOCK received your medallion, call you broker and request the DWAC Withdrawal of your LAHO shares.

VSTOCK actually sent me an email after I called them (which was pointless). When I called to verify that they received my medallion, I was told that they were getting ready to send me an email stating they received it.
