It's kinda obvious that Multiband Global Resources is a shell which bought a publicly traded shell for the purpose of reverse merging into one or more profitable entities.

Not their fault peeps confused them with another company.

One thing everyone got right... LOW LOW float, making it a pretty sweet setup for whichever company(ies) back into this thing.
