I sure wish I knew how these retail investors gained access to selling @.000001? And if there selling at 6 digits to the right of the decimal, are they also able to buy at that price as well? If so that goes against everything that the SEC/OTC, explained about the Expert Market...

But if we are to believe Rule 15c2-11, and that only Accredited Investors, Hedge funds, Banks and Financial Institution can buy and sell on the expert market, @.000001. Than one has to conclude these are not retail investors making these transactions. Knowing that the lowest retail investors can buy is .0001. Wouldn't you think?
