I have to admit that I'm so confused here. I still have shares that I purchased in Sept. 2009 at $.03 and now they can't be publically traded. Why? Well apparently because IAHL cannot provide the required Financial Reports!! I have never seen it's Income Statement or Balance Sheet. When I was discharged from the USAF in April 1970 I immediately began work as a bookkeeper, then became a Public Accountant, and I retired in 2014 as a Corporate Controller and Sec.-Treasurer of a manufacturing company. As a Public Accountant I had prepared, and submitted, over 70 Financial Reports every month. I cannot, for the life of me, understand why after 12 years, IAHL cannot provide a required Financial Report. The website indicates that there is a CFO. What does he do? Asking for a friend.
