I Can't Buy, Only Sell is This Normal

My broker at Etrade told me I can't buy. So even on good news
I won't be able to trade. Only sell he says, has to do with the
Caveat Emptor Status that has been placed on it.

I really wish the company or its counsel would give us some followup
in the form of a press release.

I feel a securities fraud lawsuit is coming.
