FDA doesn't sign their letters. The company filed misrepresented and manipulated CoV trial data -- that's why the FDA Statement and that was referred to the SEC and DOJ. It is illegal to file false and misleading clinical data.

Since the letter goes through a normal FDA review process all of those FDA reviewers approved it. Nobody will get fired for that Statement. It is still posted on the FDA website so it still stands. And the SEC and the DOJ is still investigating Cytodyn for misleading public and FDA communications. That is clearly illegal. Just watch how it plays out. Clock it ticking.
