Most CEO that resign while partnered with big companies shows a big sign of a buyout! Cataford clearly said "David made a strong relationship with Medtronic" if you don't connect the dots then you're not good at figuring out where companies will go. If you have doubts, why are you still here!? I know for a fact that Medtronic is planning something big! And many will miss it as many do that why most people don't do well in stocks or they are too impatient.
