In the period of May 4-11 when this stock was trading on
speculation of an upcoming DSC Coin press release
(May 11, 2021 release) the share price was trading as
high as $0.04 or the same 36,000,000 shares sold would be worth
$1,400,000 vs $4,300 today.
That is why inside information is ilegal for it destroys
the integerity of the system as a whole. This is also the
reason why the SEC prosecutes this behavior with such zeal.
