Excuse me but they just found out that the OTC asked for 2 minor corrections this morning.

“OTC sent over two minor corrections to the Q1 filing on December 23 at 9 p.m. This was not seen by $VITX until this morning due to Christmas and a "Yield" was placed on our ticker as a result,"

They addressed the issue within hours. That's what I call a company on top of things.
