As of May 25, 2021, TD Ameritrade will restrict orders in Caveat
Emptor designated OTC securities to liquidating trades only


This goes the same for every other BD, this is why this is
dead as DISCO.......can't buy. Meaning the promotion budget they use
to lure in new shareholders to buy there story has just ended.

With 0 revenue, 13,000,000 of debt, and a flurry of lawsuits incoming. Without the story stock promotion/
to pay the electric bills DSCR is DOA.

DSCR is waiting for a bankruptcy. Don't fret, we will get you there,
then we can have a nice conversation in the 341 hearing.

We are filing this Bankruptcy as soon as the SEC suspends this company. Then and only then will
the company know why we did this.
