So 30 days ago someone or several parties sold 100 and something million shares of FMCC to take a tax loss and simultaneously bought about the same number of shares of FNMA to ensure they were not left out of any potential big share rise in the interim. (and same transaction with FNMA). Then, when the coast was clear, IRS-wise they reversed course to go back to their original holdings? Is that what's going on?
