Don't be...just not buying any more Gift Cards online from AMC for the holidays since they can't keep track of them...go through their pathetic customer service once and you would feel the same I'd bet. The thing is, they can improve simply by giving their customers a tracking number; esp. when hundreds of dollars in Gift Cards are purchased. They need to drop their current way of doing business online esp. as far as gift cards are concerned and provide tracking numbers from the shipper so they can stop the unnecessary customer service tickets generated from this lack of provision. It would also pass the responsibility onto the shipper once they make the hand off.
