The act of issuing warrants is not dilutive. Correct. However, warrant "exercises" are dilutive, and "toxic" when the exercise price is discounted to the market price.

As a $CYDY bookrunner I thought you agreed it was $0.25 with the comment:

True on CYDY debt swaps. Not true with Warrants.



The fact of the matter is a warrant is exercised for $0.50 to purchase a stock, and then held for 6 months, and then sold into the market at market price or at the "average" price with a discretionary "not held" order and reported on form T are the scenarios I am referring to.

A prostitute is a prostitute regardless of the price...$0.25 or $0.50 it does not matter. Warrant holders exercise and buy $CYDY at $0.50, hold for 6 month, then sell. This is both dilutive and toxic to existing shareholders.

Those prices range from 50 cents to 1$
