What does Caveat Emptor status mean. It means more caution must be taken.
Indiscrepancies exist, that management has refused to answer.

This causes the OTC market to designate this with a Skull and Cross Bones
and anyone clearing these shares will need an attonrey that will sign off
on this being current and accurate.


Stock Certificates are going to be very hard to clear (impossible)
