It may go to 3s .. not only 1s .. but definitely not next week, neither before JAN 20
I don't expect Paul Riss to be able to provide 10k for Artizen before end of January .. the earliest
It's not as easy to prepare financial statement for a company that has sales and expenses, not a shell company like PVSP

Contemporarily with the 8k, I thin they may announce another acquisition

Before all of that they need to hide or bury Paul Riss, the new CEO, German, should be the only one in the picture and make announcement
Otherwise any news will not move it .. same as happened with Arizen deal 3 months ago
