Right on Filter at least you can give me a reasonable reason why your still here after all these years and losses, as am i. unlike the rest. But im still claiming that the RS and will happen as well the 250b AS increase and most commons will be wiped out again. Now down the road could Seamus show real shareholder value?? tbd. We did make massive proffits years ago..then wiped out. but i do believe the 8k they released on RS and AS increase will go down as will shareholders.. good luck Filter

to the rest of you claiming Dilution Offering.. more toxic funding or Diamantis exit strategy or Seamus exit strategy? which makes no sense unless the company is prepping for a RM and is going to spin out any assets of have value and bail the public arena.. 99.9% chance of your shares you currently hold are about to disintegrate into thin air! poof! once again … haha
