got the mechanics in place to exploit the assets in the fund - which
he knew were valuable. he got the FBI to do the dirty work for him.
We also need to remember that Bass's employee was an ex worker in that
FBI office, so he used that contact as well.
I am not depending UDF, but the actions of Mr Bass speak for themselves
in volumes. and not in a good way.
Here is another prediction - when this is all over, UDF would relist.
