i don't know...sounds to me like they are having a hard time covering the assets for withdrawal. they use everyone's deposited assets to make money with, like a bank. just like any bank would freak the hell out if a lot of its customers wanted a withdrawal at same time. So by saying they will support SOLO it will hopefully retain some of their XRP customers nd keep this withdrawal worry off their desk for now. but i would still be careful with letting anyone else have control of your assets.
