I've looked but I can't find any patent application, not even a provisional patent, from Capstone for Thin Cast. If this is a game changer in your mind, how does Capstone protect it?

They do have a Trademark Application, and need to provide a Statement of Use by January 6th, to get Thin Cast trademarked.

I have a feeling that Thin Cast is just industry standard Miracast or similar wireless casting technology, and is not patentable. Capstone is just a user of the tech, not an inventor.
