Yes everything is very much real
BOD fully on board.
Lot's of work going on behind the scenes. I'm personally staying off any social or engaging for now at the request of the board and legal team. Been very busy with the pitch deck, insurance Cos for D & O, due diligence, setting up new bank accts, formalities with Verdosa and cleaning up Medx before we can move forward. At the same time I am running my private companies too and full time dad and husband.

In regards to the Financials and and being current. We had to re apply to OTCIQ, to post our fins. We are waiting on them and once we have access we will upload those asap.

F those boards. Everyone bashes just to short. It's best for me not to pay attention and focus on cleaning this up so we can breakout. All canna stocks are taking a beating. We will turn this around very shortly and on to the next chapter.
I'm very excited bout 2022.
