Exactly C.J. I watched this unfold just like UNVCtrader9m is doing now, days before the CEO put out the press release. In the press release he said dilution was the in the future until they found a merger candidate. I didn't like it, but I did appreciate him being honest and not coming out with a "fluff" press release.
