I don't think you can accidently miss a PR date with a realized deal. and what a deal it is... so what I'm asking myself theese last few days, is wheather the delay in the PR publishing, isn't just to allow insiders to load shares @ subpennyland. well I'm waiting to see the answer. But I doubt they'll be able to hold the news too long, next week shuold pop out.
But that's just my opinion...
