Not sure how there's going to be a way that NSF can disavow any type of proof or paper trail of Amarex ownership....it's sort of all over both of their websites and the private equity firm that negotiated the deal.

That's what makes the "discovery" part of a legal proceeding so interesting...never know what you're going to dig up....or you DO know and you use the paperwork to hang your opponent with their own words...
