Isn't very odd that the filing by NSF/Amarex disavows that:

NSF does not own Amarex or any portion of it, nor have any of NSF's corporate representatives taken over discussions with CytoDyn regarding trials being run by Amarex. CytoDyn's arguments about the relationship between NSF and Amarex are nothing more than red herrings. Put another way, Amarex is a limited liability company, but NSF is not the entity that owns any interest in Amarex.

Oh, really.....if reading the following article on NSF's website and seeing these blurbs one would think otherwise.

or

Reading all the press releases that state "Acquisition of Majority Interest in Amarex" or "NSF International buys up CRO Amarex" it brings connotations of "ownership"... I haven't been able to find anything that gives details of the transaction but will keep looking.

....not sure how to figure their relationship out quite yet....but was amused at NSF's "About" page...
