The original Georgia announcement said it would be ready by end of the year.

they just signed contract to provide 10 tons of green hydrogen in Q1

I don't believe they would have contracted to that supply agreement if they weren't already producing in Georgia.

May be not at full capacity as that would merit a PR but certainly some. Unless there is another green location - did they install electrolyzers in Tennessee?

Not sure why Santa isn't in the fuel cell space. all the Govt funding (from the infrastructure bill) and the new demonstrations financed by DoE should help the sector.
