Its pathetic that these MJ stocks have been beaten down so terribly that when they have an up day, everyone has to justify it. Perhaps because its so rare these days. Youda thought with all the campaign promises that cannabis would be legal within the first 90 days of the administration, now if it doesn't happen before the mid terms, who knows. I do know the GOP has a plan also, lets hope someone gets er done.
